I'm Carlos Torres.
This journey forms a map.
My journey crosses technology, music, communities and independent projects. What first seemed like separate paths eventually revealed the connections that now shape how I work.
I care about understanding what an idea needs, whom it can serve and who is worth building it with. Sometimes the next step begins with a technical decision; sometimes, with a thoughtful conversation.
The path changed shape without losing its thread.
More than a collection of job titles, it has been a conversation between disciplines. Each chapter taught me something that became useful in the next.
International scale
Working across territories and institutions taught me that ideas move forward when people coordinate well.
Content and community
I discovered that community takes more than reach: it calls for listening, consistency and responsibility.
Music and catalog
Every release brings together a creative work, data, rights and, above all, people who trust the process.
Independent projects
Those experiences now meet in platforms and projects where technology, learning and service can create value.
This is how the things I have learned begin to connect.
I do not think of my path as a straight line. A conversation about music can lead to technology; a journey can become hospitality; and a good question can open the door to mentoring.
